This course was a truly excellent introduction. As someone who has done a lot of strength training and general physical activity, I might have thought I could just pick up a kettlebell and go. Wow, did I learn a lot from this course! I would have surely been injured soon by bad form and poor judgement without this introduction. Thank you for saving me from myself!
I have found this free course to be very well structured and informative. The techniques are demonstrated by Taco and you can see how passionate he is by the way he communicates quickly and tirelessly via email if any issues or clarity is required and by the way he runs the training and video content by breaking it down, step by step.
Although I am not a beginner, I can see however, Taco’s additional courses and content is suitable for all levels up to advanced and also for those wanting to qualify and become certified teachers of kettlebells themselves.

As a beginner I really appreciate this course. I enjoyed learning the different parts of the kettlebell, the weight to start with, the exercises, the importance of mobility, safety, and warming up to stay injury free.
